"One night, I was working in my studio, and suddenly I felt that some âstrangeâ force was influencing me.
I looked trough the window and there it was; the construction of an assisted residence across the street had meddled, without realizing it, in my own way of creation. I brought over it with my torch and this was determinate, one expansive force left from that iron and concrete structure, generating to me a powerful attraction.
So, I decided to enter it in a underground way to feel better that feeling and I walked around the building, floor by floor and room by room. I repeated the same operation during several nights, and I could hear the sound of its corridors, its great halls, its starsâ¦and all their corners without doing any recording. Even now, when I heard these tracks I have the feeling of being inside there, and I agree to observe their evolution from my window.
The photographic documents were chosen from hundreds of snapshots taken during more than a year and a half during different phases of constructionâ
